Myosport Argile has a wonderfully soothing effect on muscle spasms, and is really effective on deep tissue injuries.

Sprains: The faster you can get the clay on the injury, the better - it stops a sprain developing. This makes it very popular with sports physiotherapists - injured players can be back in action within minutes!

Long-standing injury or damage/tendonitis:
A wrap of Myosport Argile penetrates deep into the tissues and brings noticeable relief.

How to use: Apply a thick layer of clay all over the damaged area. Cover with cling film and leave for at least 20 minutes. (Maximum 2 hours) Clean with warm water and dry the skin carefully.
If treating a sportsman who wishes to return to the field, repeat the application, covering with elastomousse (a protective self-adhesive foam strapping product). The injury can then be strapped as normal.
